Pre-moisten with sterile saline if the wound bed is dry to activate the matrix.

Yes. Cover with an appropriate secondary dressing (Zetuvit® Plus for heavy exudate, PermaFoam® for moderate).

Every 1–7 days depending on exudate level and matrix absorption.
